I have an invitation from a member to take the family. Looks pretty cool. It's a 5 star restaurant and bar (the only place you can get alcohol in a Disneyland park).

Unofficial Club 33 site

I was at Disneyland a couple of weeks ago.

They'd have to pay me to go back.

Up to $50k membership fee plus $15k annually. Person inviting me built several of the large new casinos in Vegas. He can afford it.

They are also going to add Club 33 to each of the WDW parks.

Definitely worth going for the experience. Very few people get the chance. The food is good just pricey (shocker).

I had lunch there with a friend who worked for Disney at the time. It definitely has a New Orleans feel. Many of the furnishings were selected by Walt Disney's wife in New Orleans. Food was very good, but quite expensive. As has been stated before, you could get a cocktail
