If for some chance you visit Agadir, you have to stop by Frank's Burgers. Same guy that owns the hot sauce. Best burger I've ever had and Morocco is super cheap place to visit. Finding beer is difficult, but I brought my own to Frank's ??. The suk's are pretty good to, just tell the leaches to go away.

Gentlemen, for those of you that stayed in hotels, what was the average cost and quality of the rooms?

On our trip I used Amex and Chase points for all of my hotels. The quality of the rooms was superb. Our hotel in Malaga was where the UN delegation stayed for their summit while we werre there.

I'd like te see Essourira and try the seafood, its' supposed to be spectacular.

You may have seen my post above, but we just did this a few weeks ago. We drove from Marrakech for a long day trip. Toured the castle remain, picked seafood off the docks and had them cook it for us. Great beach areas too. The old town area is a bit more polished than Marrakech.

If Morocco is just a day trip you’re pretty limited to tangier I guess but if you have some time to stay there, Fes, Meknes, Marrakech were my favorite cities, in that order. Fes is the most historically significant city in the country and isn’t as touristy as the other major cities.

Good to know. That was the letdown for me in Marrakech. The celebrated old town was not that great.

Southern Spain + Morocco is a great combo. My advice: spend 3–4 days in Seville, at least a night in Tarifa, and then do Tangier as either a long day trip or overnight. Transportation is simple, but if you want it seamless look into Guided Spain Tours so you can just focus on enjoying it.
