United has cancelled a boatload of flights already, but I do see them still have a bunch still showing on time for Tuesday afternoon. I think you're right they don't reopen until Wednesday but who knows

Was scheduled to fly tomorrow (Tuesday) IAH to SFO. United cancelled and rebooked me to Wednesday morning at 9:40am. Hoping the airport is up and running Wednesday.

There's only 3 seats on that Wednesday morning flight out of Durango, hope you get some of those seats

Didn't get any.... Going to leave Durango as scheduled into Dallas early Tuesday then book to left once that flight is cancelled. Supposedly there lots of seats on that route... But I have a feeling left won't be open until Thursday.

Called a buddy with dotd and he said driving from Dallas on Wednesday might be an option until we'd get to Alexandria... That'll likely still be closed until the melt on Thursday.

Fun times

I wonder where that plane is supposed to come from on Wednesday morning. Hopefully it gets there not too late

I knew it . Gotta rebook as soon as those waivers post!

I had to just do a double take. American hasn't cancelled the flights into Lafayette yet tomorrow?? Why? There's nearly zero chance they operate anything. And you're right, Wednesday has a bunch of seats available.

If you really wanted, you could have them switch you out of Durango to a nearby airport for Wednesday morning

It’s coming from Honolulu HI. Flying overnight (our time) and landing at IAH at 7:40a on Wednesday morning.

Yeah you're good. They probably sent the plane there today, cancelled the over night tonight, and saving the plane for tomorrow night. Surprisingly I think you're better off than most others on the smaller regional jets

Hobby just sent another alert that they are ceasing ops at 12. It’s been the plan for the last day to shut down the Houston airports at midnight.

Good thing is snow is only 12-8 now

At this point I'm just gonna ride it out... Take the flight to Dallas in the morning. Might be in Dallas until Friday but...
whatever. Fortunately it's just wife and I and morning pressing at home..

Thanks for your help!

They cancelled everything into BTR for tomorrow except the last flight of the day. For laffy, they cancelled the 8am but the 11am is still showing as going. I bet it cancels but they may try and get you back tomorrow night

I see the 11am cancelled. If they rebooked you to the 4pm, I'd probably just rebook to the 9pm. I'm doubting that it's open by 5pm, there's a fricking blizzard warning to Lafayette

Hey Cuse, still hoping to fly out 6am Thursday from MSY>MIA>EYW on AA 1591/4044. Just looked at the Change Trip voucher options and all of them look like overnights which is obviously unappealing.

Am I better off keeping the original flight and hoping they simply delay it?

Hmm means your plane has to come in tomorrow night from Miami. I'm guessing it goes but we'll have to see what happens the rest of the day. There's been a lot of snow for MSY and BTR

Yeah, I'll keep an eye on that flight coming in tomorrow night to see if it gets here or not. Thanks

As long as you can get to Miami that drive to the keys isn't that bad

I was rebooked to the 10pm flight tonight that cancelled. Now booked on 11:30 for tomorrow and it's the only flight of the day. If it cancels then it's looking like Thursday.

No rental cars available for dfw pickup and lft drop-off.... So if it cancels I guess I'll catch the Mavs game Wednesday night

Just stay in Dallas for the night and pray you get out tomorrow . Actually, the flight may be oversold and if it is expect some $$$ to be offered. Those are usually the best flights to take the bump on because they know they'll have to pay up. Don't put in any bid on the screen during checkin, make them do it at the gate
