I know I should read the thread but have a question that’s probably been asked many times. We have DTV/ATT and the latest bill was $306 for TV/wireless internet. I have 340gb of internet allowance per month and it’s $10 per each additional 50 gb. Is that enough for a family of 5 to watch a reasonable amount of tv,live sports, etc? I’ve been looking at YouTube Tv. We have 6 TVs in the house for info. Do I have to have a fire stick for each TV? I’m new to this so apologies for the rookie questions.

You’re gonna blow through that pretty quick.

Only internet option available?

Yes...we live in SW Miss out in the sticks. It’s the best option. We had Hughes net/exede prior to and it was slow/unreliable.

Yep...don’t see it going down anytime soon either. They wonder why they are losing customers.

Threaten to call and cancel. And I guess I have a different experience than others. We watch 3-4 hours of tv a day and we use like 250 gb a month.

We have 1TB of data for home internet and stream all our TV via Hulu Live (also use Netflix, and Prime). We have yet to come close to our cap and I’d say we watch a reasonable amount of movies and shows (probably average 2-4 hours per day). It’s also $50 right now for our internet package (AT&T).

What devices do y’all use to stream YouTube TV? I just cut the cord and have a smart TV, but it doesn’t have the 5ghz WiFi band so I want to get either a Fire Stick or Apple TV. I was also hoping you could use the voice commands on their remotes to be able to change the channel.

Can you use the voice command to tune to channels?

ATT is offering unlimited data with their GB speed package. Have you looked into upgrading the internet and dropping DTV. We just started YouTube TV this week and I really like it
