After having added the night sight feature a couple weeks back.
Google should quite alienating their users and release consistent software updates across the entire pixel line.

You didn't read too well. It says Google planned to release it to all pixel devices later.

I'm still waiting on those promises.
So far I've added 3 pixel 3 features that have yet to make it to my phone:
- live wallpaper
- night sight
- call screening (soon)

live wallpaper is a separate app. Night sight and call screening are super new.
