I have reset the iPhones, forgot the network, everything I can think of. Anyone got any suggestions?

Are you whitelisting MAC addresses? iPhones hide and change theirs constantly. Need a different security approach if that’s the case.
Or I guess there is a phone setting also.

Does the phone work on other Wi-Fi networks?
Which model?
Has anything changed with your network settings?
Try entering the Wi-Fi network name and password manually.

A lot of crapple problems on the board lately. At least they have their privacy. Siri still can't change phone settings

Private Wi-Fi addresses for each network can be fixed or set to rotate under settings (or off).
This is a problem we had with our devices after installing 18 each came back with rotating on by default and messed up the fixed private addresses listed on our router. A new device that was immediately updated to 18 before setting up also defaulted to rotating.
It was only a problem if you whitelisted the fixed addresses for your Wi-Fi network or if any other network did including those that limit the number of devices by requiring a static Wi-Fi address for each allowed device.
