Put your credit card info in when you sign up. Pay your credit card bill. Subscription auto renews each year. If there is a problem you get an email that takes you right to the billing area to enter another payment method. Not complicated.
No, you’re wrong. It can get very complicated with Microsoft. At one time I had a Microsoft Windows Live account a Microsoft Xbox account that my kids were using and then I had a Microsoft Office 365 account. So Yes, it did get very confusing, not knowing whether these accounts were separate or whether they shared email addresses and passwords. It was very confusing. I go on different websites all the time , government websites like ssa.gov and Medicare.gov and I find them easier to navigate than Microsoft . Jesus Christ!!! Go to Microsoft Office 365 and try to cancel your subscription and see if you don’t get lost within a myriad of clicks. If not. Good for you. But I don’t like the Office 365 subscription format so I got rid of it!

So you think I should feel “fulfilled” after successfully been able to manage my profile and update my security preferences and payment method and designate my secondary email and etc, etc. I waste a lot of time everyday doing crap like thats NDA whether it’s challenging or not, there’s NOTHING “fulfilling” or “redeeming” about it. So your comment was just stupid. But I guess you thought that little “challenge” remark was clever. Good luck with that.
are we still talking about the inability to open and edit a word document?

How the hell are you so mentally handicapped that you can't "manage" an autopay subscription, but yet you can handle complex insurance issues? You're getting called out for being a POS and doubling down on the dumb.
I sure hope you're never doxxed on here, because I'm sure the state board governing your credentials and your companies you represent would love to know this:

I've been paying the subscription for years, but as an insurance agent, i dont have much need for most of the programs. I mostly just need a word processor to draft letters to clients. Do you think sites like Soulseek would have this?

Me too. That’s why I don’t sell auto insurance. I sell health and life. People come to me because they want protection, not because the state tells them they have to have it.

No we’re not. I never complained about the software; I’ve used it for over 15 years.
It’s just the website I complained about. You’re having trouble comprehending what you read?
Do you know the difference between a company’s software and a company’s website? They’re two separate things. Duh.????

Downloading pirated software will make your business to vulnerable to hackers.

Tough guy behind the keyboard. Clever comment by the way. Not as clever as some of your other posts Of yours where you tell others to “do us a favor and go suck a dick”. That’s real mature of you, shows you’re intelligent huh? I’ve got four boys , none of them would talk like that. You’re disgusting to even tell someone that. I can tell you don’t have a family or children. There’s no way. You live alone don’t you?

That’s the risks I take to do business. I carry E & O insurance to protect myself in such cases. But Even without pirated software, my laptop could get stolen out of my car or office and that would compromise my clients personal information. I only store basic demographic info anyway which is available all over the web. All I need is your cell phone number( which I could overhear you say to someone else) and I could learn your name, address, emails, your previous addresses, your arrest history, your spouses info, your neighbors info.
Go to peoplelooker.com and check it out.

I managed the subscription for years. It’s just annoying. I don’t like it. I wanted another option. What makes you think I’m mentally handicapped because I find a particular website difficult or confusing to navigate. Some websites are easier to navigate than others. All these assholes on Tigerdroppings made this huge deal out of me complaining about a particular websites design and how confusing I thought it was. Let me see you visit the website and sing it’s praises. Go open an account. Man, just let it go. I cut the cord with the Office 365 subscription.

You truly are a dumbass. You knowingly take unecessary risk with your customers information that I'm sure they're not aware of beforehand. Your analogy about the phone number is more dumbassery. Someone could smash my window and steal my car, but I still lock it. Sure you can't protect against everything, but as someone who handles people's sensitive info it is your obligation to make a best effort to protect it. Introducing pirated software to your system is just gross negligence and I'm sure your little insurance policy would walk away if they found out that was the cause of an incident.

Hey a-hole, the pirated software is a word processor. I write letters and advertising copy, flyers, etc. the personal information is on an entirely different software . You don’t know what you’re talking about. I use Office for my own word documents to draft letters and I use the email and I use excel. My clients data is kept on a protected proprietary system run by the insurance company.Worry about yourself.

This guy's gotta be trolling. I bet MSPs fire him after about 6 months.

Because I logged in to my Microsoft account to see what you were complaining about and saw a chimpanzee with a head injury could figure it out.

Sorry. I couldn’t figure it out and I just gave up and canceled it. Got tired of it. It’s not the first time I’ve become frustrated with Microsoft’s account management.

Just go buy a copy of office 2010 for $5 somewhere and install it locally.
