They sell a streaming TV service now. It’s like you’re stealing money from them which they otherwise would invest in Android, therefore it damages your phone.

I don't think it has anything to do with that. Google has been giving a ton of warning for awhile now about outdated apps not updating to code.

I got that message for another app. You can disable that alert/setting. Don't remember how I did it so just Google. But then you can reinstall the app.
