What are your best Gmail apps for business? Anybody ever use Calendy?

I'm really intrigued at Calendy as I'm trying to stay ahead of the curve and post-Covid, even broke dick lawyers I know have online meetings and options for clients. I used to be one of the few around here who really did that, so I have to keep innovating the client experience.
Anybody have any experience with Calendy? My trial run is almost over and I kind of want to pull the trigger even though I don't really have the formal policies and practices ready today.
The other app that I've been going back and forth over for a few years is Zapier. I really think that combining Zaiper and Calendy, I can set up a really efficient system that starts with a form that flows through initial documents/pleadings and client contacts straight into scheduling meetings automatically. It just all sounds too good to be true, so that's why I'm curious who else has used these tools OR if there is something else I'm missing that I need to look into.
With the right apps and CRM, it really seems like my assistant budget and time doing admin work could be slashed dramatically.

I have a consultant that uses it to schedule calls. I like it from the client side. It's a more convenient way find time than back and forth emails.

One of my vendors uses it and that's how I discovered it. I much prefer this way than doing the calendar juggle and I can reschedule without having to talk to anyone at the same time.

I use the free version. I set my availability and clients can go online and block off an appointment. The appt shows up directly on my Outlook calendar.
If I make an appointment outside of calendly on my outlook calendar the affected appt spots no longer show as available on Calendly.
Clients can even reschedule an appointment.
I have zero complaints, especially since I only use the free version. Been using it for about 4 or 5 years during tax season.

Google is rolling out their own scheduling system to paid accounts now. It doesn't have as many features, but it's "free".

I have used in the past but never incorporated it into anything other then keeping me straight and the employees. I do think it would work very well though.

It works great, but don't rely solely on it as it puts the onus on the receiver. Always put two or three date / times of availability, and suggest if it's easier they can book a time on your calendar, and then link it.
Moreover, you can link it to your signature for all emails sent out "Schedule a time to Connect." When someone asks about scheduling, share the link and remind them that is syncs directly with your Outlook calendar, so it's always accurate in terms of availability and will lock in your clients preferred time to connect.
I also do suggest that if none of the times for your clients work for them, have them let you know what will work for them, thus you will do your best to work some calendar magic ie: moving lunch to a different time, moving manager/team meetings to accommodate their schedule around yours.
Keep in mind, you may experience some pushback from Calendly, where the platform is blocked by their home or office VPN or firewall for some reason. For those clients just do the blanket "Here's what I have currently: M... T... W... etc" and remind them that this information can change at any time, thus please respond quickly so we can limit the back and forth.

Just an FYI, Google Workspace basically just dropped an integrated scheduling option similar to calendy.
