No, not dirty videos. She send videos of the kids at practice and stuff and I can’t ever see them.
Only from her to me. Are there settings I need to change on either of our phones?
We both have 13’s and unlimited data.

Settings > messages > (scroll to the bottom) > make sure “low quality image mode” is off.

This happens to me too and it is just from one number. Even in group messages everyone sees the high resolution and I get a blurry video.

Is it only when she sends via text? Does it also do it if she sends via airdrop?

essentially one of your phones is being treated as a non iphone and imessaging is compressing the file
more than likely its your phone that needs the settings changed.
if you send her a video...can she see it clearly?
