well mother fricker. this was the issue. disabled this and just ran speed test through dashbord....see below

Having similiar issues with U6-Lite access points. Can’t figure out why my WiFi is so damn slow compared to the 1.5gig coming into the house.

How slow? How are you testing? Have you turned off Smart Queues? Checked other things in this thread?


UniFi APs are basically tuned for stability and "fairness" across clients by default. If you want max speed for one client at a time, you're going to have to tune them to your environment.
