How well do the Verizon hotspots or moxee hotspots work? My kids stream YouTube kids and Netflix late in the evening and at night. How long would 40gb last me? All I’m looking for is to buy time between now and July 11 when my att will be restored.

you dont want a hotspot. Just get Verizon's fixed wireless home internet. $50/mo. No fees. No installation. No contracts. No data limits. They just give you a gateway/router that you can install anywhere in your house that gets good signal.

I forgot to add, you can go get Verizon Fixed Wireless Internet at any Verizon store just like you can a cell phone plan. You can walk out with new internet in less than 10 minutes.

You need to go to the store. The online system is completely unreliable.

Have unlimited plans so cannot tell you how long 40 Gb will last. I have a Verizon Jetpack MiFi 8800L and it works great when we're on vacations and during Ida. Only knock was it would sometimes start lagging if we were trying to do stream multiple devices.

High definition (HD) videos uses about 2 GB per hour
