Spam callers

I'm getting a lot of spam phone calls on my iphone every day. I've got RoboKiller but even them can't stop the calls. More over it will ring and "spam risk" will appear which defeats the whole purpose.

I'm getting at least one spam text a day too. All with a different name in them.

Google devices have an automatic call screening feature. If the devices suspects it's a spam call, Google Assistant answers the call and asks who is calling. If it's a robocall, Google Assistant hangs up and the device never rings. If it's an actual person, the device rings and a transcript of the call is shown on the screen. You can then decide to accept or decline the call.

Me too. I block them, but seem to get a blank call a few days later. Assuming they are seeing if the number will answer. Also read were a blank call can be where the computer is cling more numbers than reps can answer.

I particularly enjoy seeing my own number come up when the "Office of Social Security" or some variant of the name calls me about my account being closed because of fraud.

And for what it's worth you can adjust the size of a picture here when posting it by adding "width=400" at the end of the link (e.g [im]imgur.com/abcdef width=400[/img]
400 is arbitrary, you can go 300, or even....350

Since ios 14 and the feature above, it's been a LOT better. I still see a "silenced call" alert on my screen a few times a day but much better than it ringing through.
