I got the 3 pack which is supposed to cover 4500 sq feet so that would be nice to also cover at least the full yard around for cutting grass/having people over. Should be in Weds.

It's easy to see if it's the wifi strength or your device.
Go right up to the router and see if your speed increases. If it does then it's the wifi strength and the antenna on your device. If it doesn't then the device is limited by tech.

I hvae this as well. 3,000 sq ft home with two mesh points and good speeds everywhere.
