Not sure what the hell you did to them but I have had jaybirds for over a year and they work great.

Ya. Idk. I lifted and did cardio in them. They honored the warranty both times, but it took a while to send off and get fixed. Maybe I had bad luck or they figured it out

I had the original Jaybird Bluebuds X. They were great and lasted about 2 years before they crapped out. Bought the wife and I the new Jaybird X3's for Christmas. I've already had to send mine back to be replaced twice (1st time one of the earbuds stopped producing sound, 2nd time one earbuds had a lot of static and then they just stopped working altogether) and will be sending my wife's pair back for replacement tomorrow (will not hold a charge, slight static in one earbud at times). Just unpackaged my new replacement pair. Hoping these last.

Maybe I've just had bad luck, but these issues would make me second guess buying another pair.

When they work, they are excellent, especially for working out/running.

I do not have their Bluetooth earbuds but I do have and have had a couple of their other products. Look at their website then check Amazon. Their top end Bluetooth are closer to $400 with refurb in your price range.

Kiipsch R6 is typically in your price range

Rocking some 2yr old jaybird BlueBuds x and still going strong. Swapped the tips out for some comply foam tips, excellent headphones.

I have the Bose Soundsport Mini's and I love them.

Comfortable, can connect to two phones at once, good sound quality for voice (I use them for conference calls all the time)
