Roku stick is garbage too. Stick to the Roku 2 or 3

Is the only advantage of the fire tv 4K support? I don't need that if so.

Advantage vs what?
And at the current moment not all the interfaces are identical. The Roku apparently doesn't have a guide. From what other people have said the Fire TV is probably the 1B to the PS4's 1A.

Compared to the roku 2. The question is why spend $40 more for a fire tv if roku 2 does the same thing

No clue on fire TV. I only have Roku products, and I actually just started a trial of Vue today. I already love it. I was considering getting back into cable after being out for two years, but Vue has changed my mind on that. I'll be cancelling my Hulu soon too. Between Vue and Netflix I've got a perfect setup.
I'm not sure about the interface on fire, but the interface on Roku is not bad. Better than most other apps.
I just know the Roku stream stick is slow, it lags, freezes, and the picture sucks compared to my Roku 2 and 3.

If you don't care if a device is slightly slower than enjoy your $40.

There is a scheduled outage 8/24 at 12:15 AM and when they do that, they usually add channels. So I'd suspect NFLN and RZ are added in a week.

Not added. At least not yet. People have noticed some funny stuff like CBS on demand showing up temporarily.
Hopefully they were laying the groundwork, have an announcement and flip the switch.

I don't have time to wade through 54 pages, can someone tell me what would be better for PS Vue, PS3 or ROKU?

Both are terrible
Fire TV or a PS4 (better option).

Signed up for vue a couple of days ago and am really liking it. I get more channels than I do with charter for half the cost
Posted on 8/25/16 at 9:03 am to Mr Gardoki
yeah, it's an adjustment UI wise from Sling to Vue, but so far I'm digging the extra channels and features. Not to mention the big hitter being the ability to stream on more than one device at once.

Someone let me know when they confirm that they have NFL Network. Gotta up my package to Core, but I won't do it until the channel is actually there.
