I wouldn't say that. You're paying for a service to work..you can definitely have a gripe about it.

So, I told my friend about Vue and he is using the trial on his PS4. I was over there when he set it up, and for some reason, the picture on Vue will not reach the edges of the TV. Is there an option somewhere on Vue to adjust the picture width/height? All the other apps, such as HBOGo and Netflix fit perfectly. It seems as if this problem is only with Vue, but I have no clue how to fix that. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Yea this is one of the steps to setting up the app when you install it. You have to move the arrows to the edge of the screen. Your buddy prob skipped the step.

Also, most TV's inputs are individually set, meaning that the settings on HDMI 1 will be different than the settings on HDMI 2. Be sure to check the TV settings for the input first.

If they could just get New Orleans Locals before football season, I'd be so happy.

My signal isn't the best from my antenna in my Attic in Covington.

I'm in the same boat. Is there somewhere to see the status of adding locals to different markets?

But I just ordered a new longer range antenna that should be getting here today. We shall see.

Locals can stay far far away from Vue

If my cost goes up to $45 a month, I'll likely go back to uverse Tv

Thank you for this thread!

Decided to cut the cord last week, instantly saved 100 bucks. The biggest issue was convicting the wife she didn't need cable.

For local channels I replaced the DTV antenna with a good OTA antenna. Vue has been running fine on our fire sticks (it takes a few seconds to load but I'm fine with that.

I'll see how it holds up during football season(main concern are saints away games).

Is there another alternative for watching games while away from home? I've been using sling box and illegal Reddit streams

Is it going to be an add on or is it part of the elite service?
Hopefully CORE along with the rest of the sports package

Anyone find out what package redzone and NFL network will be available on?

I'm considering getting Vue. Someone educate me. I'm in Baton Rouge. If I'm watching redzone on Vue, then decide I want to switch over to the Saints game on Fox. Will I just have to switch inputs to my antenna?

Being in Baton Rouge, do I need any sort of special antenna? I'm pretty ignorant on what "locals" I get.. TIA.

Yep..just switch inputs.

Simple as that.

You shouldn't need a special antenna..you are close to all the main towers if you're in the main area of baton rouge

I'm hoping that somehow the NBC on-demand channel will go live for the Olympic opening ceremony Friday night. I don't have an antenna

Download the Olympics NBC live app and it will stream every single event plus the nbc prime time coverage.

Did the week trial. I liked it, but not what I want for football season. I will have cable with a real DVR. After football season ends, I will use VUE or Sling.

Still can't believe Sony hasn't fixed the audio lag after the 60fps update. Can I set the fire TV to 30fps or something?

So I recently temporarily moved in with the in-laws while we look for a house. I was living in the middle of Columbus, Ohio, but now I moved to a more rural area about and hour away. When I run the Vue app on my PS4 it asked me for my zip code to see if they the service is available in my area. After typing my zip it says service is unavailable there.

Is this a bug or will I not get Vue access here? Outside of the local channels, I did not know that the ability to stream national channels was based on location.

TIA.
