Wait a second, you're not supposed to log into apps such as watch espn or disney junior away from your home network? I thought that was just for vue

Is think the modem swap is your problem.

I have logged into several apps away from home using Vue credentials. No issues as of yet.

There's nothing they can do? No way. They have to be able to wipe your "home" location or something. It's not coming up on any of your devices at home?

Their support is absolute shite. I had issues signing up because it kept rejecting my credit card. I contacted them twice. They said wait 24 hours and try again and that it was the banks fault. I ended up just starting a fresh new PSN account and it worked fine.

I'm going to chalk this up to the service being so new and in it's infancy, when Sony realizes that people are latching onto this product as their primary source of entertainment they will hopefully move to improve all aspects of the product from UI to customer support.

Glad it all worked.
