Just picked up a Hue motion sensor

Stumbling into the bathroom in the middle of the night and not having to fumble for a lightswitch or worry about get blasted with bright light because the lights come on in nightlight mode after 10 pm is nice.
THIS!!!
Picked one up Friday and put it in the bathroom. Saturday I nearly pissed myself when I stumbled my drunk arse in there to piss at 2 am and forgot all about the lights coming on. I looked like that Hillary gif standing there with my mouth wide open in amazement.

Picking up 2 more today for the hallway. Love those things.

Can you connect the hue motion sensor to alexa to control non-hue devices? I would like the hue motion to turn on some wemo switches.

Nothing I know of is natively baked in to allow that. I thought some of the third party services like IFTTT or Stringify might be able to see the motion sensors, but I don't see anywhere that the Hue bridge exposes the sensor's state to the outside world.
I'm sure someone out there, though, has a homebaked way to do it. It's not as if Hue uses a proprietary home automation communication scheme. It's just Zigbee, after all, so it seems like someone out there would have connected a motion sensor to a non-Hue HA hub by now.
Looks like it's a no-go through the Hue bridge, though.
