I’ve been researching this TV maze since last September and today finally pulled the trigger on the 77” Sony A80J OLED for $3450. Best Buy will deliver and set up next week.

I really wanted the Sony 85” X95J but still not releasing until late Aug-September at $4500. Tired waiting.

Wife then said 77 was big enough and was tired of hearing me talk about it all. Told her I agree but was only guaranteeing my silence for five years

I went with the LG C1 77 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/AI ThinQ, caught it on sale today for $2999. They had it mismarked. Self installed today and am sitting here trying to figure out why I didn't do this asking time ago. Wow this picture is crazy good!!

Can confirm.

Got a 48" refurb from Woot for right at a grand a couple of months ago. Plenty big enough for the room it's in, and absolutely gorgeous picture. Picked up a Panasonic UHD DVD player and even our old SD discs look fantastic.
