Old software to a new computer

Wondering if you guys can educate me on something.....
I have an old desktop with a bunch of older software programs on it. I have a lifetime subscription to malwarebytes, a purchased copy of Adobe Lightroom, Microsoft office 2019, and a handful of other programs that I would want to migrate over to a new rig I'm purchasing. The new system will have windows 11 installed. Is it possible to migrate all of that stuff over? I've done drive copying before (I have a 512G or 1TB SSD currently going to a 2TB SSD drive. I just would hate to lose everything because I likely can't do new, clean installs on the new system.
Curious on if this can be done and how to do it (if it's possible).

You need to have the installers for each one.
You typically don't just migrate. You reinstall them.

Yea, talked with a friend that said a migration is not wise. Old stuff could end up causing problems. Best to just bite the bullet and get new stuff.

Check to see if you can migrate the licenses over.
Don't worry about Windows, just use mass grave

I just did this between two Windows 10 computers. The majority of my stuff has been moved. A lot of it downloaded from Microsoft One Drive. I honestly did not know that was going to happen. Once I logged into One Drive stuff started downloading
