We have a go control and we have it where the keypad on the front door disarms the alarm when a correct code is entered.

Nice update. Maybe I'll have to dig my Echo out of the kitchen drawer now.

Today we’re excited to announce a brand new category of Wink-compatible products that work with Amazon Alexa: locks!

You can now ask Alexa-enabled devices to lock any of the locks (including those from Schlage, Kwikset, and Yale) that work with Wink or check the status of a lock with a simple voice command. For security purposes, Alexa cannot be used to unlock a door at this time.

Very nice. Been doing this with my GH and ifttt integration since it's inception though. I can even unlock but like Amazon I decided that wasn't a great idea so I deleted that applet.

yes i have but i dont use many recipes and they are not very complicated. I only use it in areas where my GH lack native control, like the locks for example.

Find my phone is another one i have through GH and IFTTT. Not the crappy kind of find my phone that vibrates your phone if its on vibrate and rings if the ringer is on. It will make noise regardless of the state of your ringer.

Other than that i use stuff with my GH and Harmony because GH does not support Harmony natively.

Anyone have issues with the last update it appears to have draimed the batteries in 4 different schlage locks.

Yes on the schlage. Many people are having battery drain and disconnect issues since the latest firmware push. Wink has acknowledged they are working on battery drain issue.

I think it's a hub ² issue. No problems with my v1

Most likely. Wink is actually trying to say it's a lock problem

We're relying on users getting back to us with whether or not their batteries have drained. To be transparent, we have tried to replicate this in house with multiple locks and cannot reproduce it, so the more information we can get from users, the better.

My wife's account is linked to the echo dot. I wonder if there is a way I can buy it and get the discount b/c I have a credit on my account. They are linked via the family/prime account.

I'm sure you could find the answer if you dig around on the webs but you could try it and then check the account and cancel if it doesn't give you the discount. I'm lazy, so I'd probably do the latter.

check amazon deals. looks like you can actually get a open-box deal there for less than the prime deal.
