I wonder if this applies to lighting robots. Mine have been spoty at best. App appears to pull geofencing info from same source as google maps. Bad thing for me is google maps and the iphone map app is that they don't agree on whether I live on a Drive or an Avenue.

click the white box that says 'main hub' and that should open a new window of features to edit including the hub version.

Can you check for updates to the android app in the play store? I don't see how you can't get info on the hub. Can you add user profiles to any of the other products in the app?
If you can't click next in the app when adding a product that's because wink is waiting on a signal from the device to pair. Each device is slightly different. What are you trying to pair that won't say next?
It sounds like your app is out of date.

Here's the exact steps:
Open app
Click home icon ( looks like house)
Click hubs
Click the three dots in the upper right

Update. I called Wink and after trying to up date the hub and having them try to push the update we found that my hub has a corrupted partition preventing the update. They are going to send me a replacement.

frick wink. Im bringing this piece of shite back. Just returned the last one that broke after 2 hours and this one just doesnt work at all. Ive never seen a piece of automation equipment be a bigger piece of shite. I guess this is why you dont let IT people be involved with automation.

Anyone try Smartthings automation products?

My Wink Hub works fine, but all I am using it for is one light in the shitter.
The Wink app on the other hand is pretty shitty. It never reads my honeywell thermostat correctly and it closes randomly.

well y'all only paid a dollar for this, so dont bitch too much! lightbulbs still work without wink.
i've been bitching all over the wink forums & trying to get on the beta team (still haven't heard back) but maybe they think i'm too combustible to be 'behind the curtain'.

at any rate, i have been MIA from this thread because...drumroll..just bought a new house! (well, signed a contract pending inspection)
that's kept me pretty busy and now i have to figure out how many of my wink doo-dads are coming with me.
the lock has DEFINITELY got to come. i love that schlage so very much and the new owners wont appreciate it. same with the garage door opener.
wink has shite the can again. in the current release there are these problems
1. BROKE myQ completely. garage doors wont open or close in WINK now, you have to go back to the chamberlain app.
2. BROKE thermostats (yep, the honeywells)
3. generated more problems with lightbulbs.
i'm about as fed up as you guys and i've been trying hard to give them time to work out the kinks.
smarthings isnt much better, btw. read the reviews. these dumbbutts are both finally figuring that users want *gasp* local control of switches and not cloud-based routing of commands.
that was the dumbest thing ever. smartthings will force you to buy yet another new hardware hub to get the local features that are rumored.
its all a mess. cant believe someone hasnt crushed this market already with these bozos running things.
