Looking at down detector looks like they have a major outage in the US and Europe. I can't even login to the website.

I've rolled out software updates that I tested fully and still caused issues. I can relate.

Azure going down once a year isn't worth staying on that outdated garbage, if you are going to stay on Office 2007 you might as well move over to the G Suite at the very least
