I'm all about simplicity at this point in my life. PlayOn is great if they'd enable 1080p.

I'm just reluctant to purchase a HDHomerun tuner Quattro (150$) and probably another portable hard drive to connect to my nVidia Shield (150$) just to record OTA tv. I already have YouTube TV and that gets most everything except ABC in New Orleans.

But the plex convenience is nice with rolling up everything and I prefer plex to the YouTubeTV guide for the main channels of Fox/NBC/ABC/CBS, etc.

I don't know, their website just says the limit is 720. I honestly haven't used it much lately because it was so fragile. I've ended up either using the TV network app or Netflix/Amazon to catch up on shows that aren't still in my PSVue DVR.

I do not, but I plan to soon. I currently use a Tablo for OTA stuff, but I'd like to switch to Plex for that because obviously eliminating an app would be nice.

Anybody looking to buy a 4 tuner Tablo?
