If anyone is looking for a new tv right now I can’t recommend the LG C1 enough.

Upgraded from Panasonic Plasma and the picture on this thing is unreal in 4K and even looks great with regular stuff that it seems to upconvert automatically. Don’t need my fire stick anymore either with the webOs interface on it having all the apps I need.

I need a new 75 inch for my back porch.

The screen fell off this am.

I just got the Sony AJ80. (Basically the same TV) I hate to say it, but it's almost too good of a TV. Really reveals flaws in the source material. Watched, "The Hobbit, Desolation of Smaug" and while impressive - I'm seeing details that are almost distracting.

I just purchased the same tv, but it’s not a problem inherent to the aj80, it’s a function of feeding low quality content into a 4K tv.

Anything lower than 1080p looks like crap unless you sit very far.

Same issue with having first gen high def TV (720 p) and later the 1080 p, and feeding it standard def signal with coax from wall to the TV....it looked like crap. Like many, I have resented paying for 200 channels of high def TV, only to be told you need to also rent (on a monthly basis) a box to CONVERT the signal to high def for your TV, and you need a box for every single TV you want to view as HD. We are paying twice for HD.

I've had this tv on my watchlist for months.

Amazon has it listed as a Black Friday deal but its the same price as it was back in October.

Only difference is that they have listed the List price with a strikethrough.

ETA for the 65 inch tv.
