I am looking for a shared program that I can use across several devices. I have OneNote which has been great, but the problem is that I create checklists and want the note clear after I’ve checked it. OneNote does not do this, just puts a checkbox next to the note.

Anyone know of a different program that will work across devices? Windows PC, iPhone and iPad are the devices that I will be using.

I use an APP called Notion. It has a lot of capabilities. It may not be what you are looking for but it is free and has an App and Desktop versions. You can do some pretty extensive things with it compared to the more basic checklist apps.

I use TickTick for my task management and notes. It’s great. It’s more for task management, but the notes work for me.

Notion is a beast and seemed like it would take a bit of setup as it’s super customizable.

Google keep.

I’m looking to replace it since I’ve replaced other Google products like Drive, Chrome, search, and gmail. Keep us pretty handy.

Microsoft To-Do behaves that way by default.

Obsidian

You can mold it to specifically how your brain operates.

It takes some time to configure but once you get there, you won't want anything else.

EverNote used to be good and is multi-platform. I haven't used it in a while...
