I am when I use certain apps. It seems they are not being stopped properly when no longer in use. What apps are draining your battery?

I had a facetime call with my mom yesterday for Thanksgiving. Started the call at 54% and it lasted 15 min and hung up at 1%.

My battery life is awful and borderline making the phone obsolete.

Apple forces failure in older devices with their updates. Their updates use more memory and power than previous ones. So over time, your phone becomes obsolete with forced updates. And then you buy a new one, and the process repeats itself. I have a 6s too and I’m gonna have to get a new phone soon as well, the new IOS update is giving me so many issues I had never had

I was actually coming to ask if they fixed the capital I issue with making a symbol instead.

I've got a 6s also and I'm just not going to update it until I hear they fixed the battery drain. I'm still running iOS 10.3.1

I'm with you on that. I have the latest in my iPad Pro but won't put it on my phone until most of the bugs are worked out. At least the big ones.

I also have a 6S and get the "Low Power Mode" warning way more than I used to.

Yea wtf is up with that?

I?
ETA: my battery life majorly sucks also after the update. 2 days ago I spent the whole day in the woods and came out with like 10% left. The past 2 days I’ve had to charge it mid day and at night and it’s been damn near dead both time.

I was at the Apple store last week for the same problem. They backed up my phone then erased everything and restored it. Fixed the problem but it has been an ongoing issue according to them. I haven’t had any further problems since.

I was having terrible life before the update. I replaced the battery and saw a lot of improvement before and after new ios. I couldn't justify the expense of a new whole phone when I could pay someone to swap the battery for $50

For me, it's been Google and Youtube. I forcibly closed them and haven't used them since fully charging my 7 three days ago, and I'm still at 55% charge. I was charging daily before this.
