JS/CoinMiner.F ESET just saw this on my PC...anyone know how to get rid of it?

Did a bit of Googling and it's obviously some malware bullshite and the Malware Bytes thing I ran didn't grab it. Anyone have any clue how to get this off?

First, make sure it's not just a compromised web page by closing out your browser. Embedded JS is the usual culprit with this type of thing.
Assuming that doesn't work, reboot in safe mode and run whatever AV you're using.
