I chose not to.
When I scrolled through the new features, I concluded that there was nothing of interest.
Windows 10 is very stable and working well for me.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
The main beef I have with Windows 10 that isn't an improvement in Windows 11 (far as I could tell) is better networking/file sharing among PC's on the same local area network.

As someone with an ultrawide monitor, the increased native functionality for window snapping was worth the upgrade for me in and of itself.

No need really unless you have an Intel Alder/Raptor Lake cpu that has both power and efficient cores. Win 11 will better use the different cores effectively.
I bought a new laptop couple months ago with an Alder Lake cpu and installed Win 11 on it. I prefer the Win 10 UI but it's fine.

I have an ultrawide monitor on my gaming rig and still use Win 10. You can get window snapping features by installing MS Powertoys and using FancyZones.

It's honestly not much different than Windows 10. They've moved things around a bit. The UI is more concise. Performance seems the same to me. I thought the ability to run Android apps would be cool, but it's built on the Amazon store, which sucks. It seems more like a refinement of Windows 10 than a major update.

BTW a registry change will get around the TPM requirement if you don't want to or cannot enable it.
