Is there a device like magic box 2.0 that will allow to play YouTube AND the Smarters app?

I have a wired connection between my phone and the car receiver for car play. I use the Smarters app when I want to watch something. The sound comes out through the speakers in the car and I watch it on the phone

I have a version of the Magic Box 2.0 made by PLAYAIBOX connected to my Silverado. It's connected via Apple Play but I only own android devices. I've had it for 2 months with no issues connected to YouTube or Netflix. Haven't tried any of the other preloaded apps.
Oh, connect to Apple Play was easier than figuring out how to connect via my android system. Apple was just plug and go.
