Specifically LSU?
I read today that it basically has all sports channels needed to catch LSU and the Saints and has DVR recording functions for about $60 a month. That accurate?

It should depending on where you are. If CBS is available through it then yes. Even if it doesn’t, there’s a good chance you can get it with an antenna. It has Espn, 2, and SECN.

If you’re worried about reliability/picture don’t be. The service itself is very good. As long as you have decent internet it will be fine.

Also, it should be closer to $45/mo unless you get the enhanced dvr.

i have hulu live and i seem to be able to get almost all the mainstream sports channels. Youtube tv i believe has a few more sports channels but the entertainment channels are nowhere near HULU. i highly recommend HULU

I used Hulu for quite a while and recently switched to YouTube TV.

In my opinion, everything about YouTube TV is better

YoutubeTV is better for a more traditional TV experience. Hulu is better for overall content because it merges live tv and HULU's vast library of programming. Both are great.

True. I enjoyed both. I do like the traditional TV experience of YouTube TV, and they have a growing library of shows as well. Hulu does have more though.

For watching LSU games and playoff baseball this fall my research pointed to Sling TV Orange + Blue with the sports package as the best bet. I was really wanting to get one that carried ATT Sportsnet Houston too so I could see the Astros pregame and post game shows (I already subscribe to MLB.tv to watch the games), but that channel is only available through fubo.tv which doesn't carry ESPN.

I've got it. $45 a month and it's great for sports.

If you have an ipad, the setup is really cool.

One thing I noticed about the Hulu tv is if your recording the game and go back and forth between games, it tends to start the whole game over instead of live.

Now I may be doing something wrong but I just got it and was fighting that issue last weekend

Nope, if you are recording it starts you from the beginning if you switch to that channel. That's the only part I hate about Hulu live.

I have it got it a few weeks ago and very happy with it so far. Including local sports channels.
