Yeah. I have the expanded lines for VOD. I did try to play that movie in VLC, and the audio wasn't working in VLC. Tried every codec combo in VLC and nothing. Video worked fine. But no audio. When playing it in tivimate, it would crash the CW tivimate app at around 17 minutes into the movie. Every time. CW admin said it was a codec issue. When the audio wouldn't play in VLC, he reimbursed me $5. If you want to try it on yours, it was Step Brothers

This may be a dumb question, but using IPTV will I also be uploading my content for others?

About a decade ago I dabbled in Pirate Bay, and I remember having to be online all the time to upload for others. Is that still a thing?

For 4 lines, a VOD that is insanely huge, and an additional back up?

Oh, and it works. When I first signed up you had to have an Nvidia shield. They wouldn’t even allow you to subscribe without one, lol.

You keep getting those bargain services. Imma keep the same one I’ve had for about 4yrs.

Are people really complaining about $25/mo for TV?

I will say, the CW dude interrogated me and really doesn't want you subscribing. He told me maybe his service isn't for me. And it's way more expensive than most services.....$25 initiation fee and $25 / mo

Same thing happened with me. I was wanting to just try it out for a day, but he said they don't offer a trial.

The server I use has been incredible, and I get 5 connections for $140/yr.

Yup I’ve tried a lot. Most are bad. Some are only bad between 530 and 730.

Then why change? Some of yall don’t make sense.

I don’t want my TV to be a hassle. I want to turn it on and watch it. The way my settings are set up, it’s literally like a cable box. I come home, press a button, and it turns on to the last channel I was watching.

Those dudes keep their shite running well, and if there is a problem, they fix it or refund you. That’s worth 25 bucks to me.

I just like to see what else is out there. I've been using this particular one for about 6 months. I used to use the public ones that are like $30 for the year, but the EPG on those are usually terrible, and sometimes they work well, but other times they buffer like crazy. Just not worth it.

I also care about picture quality (higher bitrates, etc..), so I wanted to see how this compared is all.

I don't need 4 lines, I'll never use 3 of them. Most services are 2 lines and you pay extra for additional. My current service has a backup as well and a big VOD with a backup VOD all for $10/mo. If paid yearly. I've been using IPTV for many years now and have never paid more then about $10/mo. So sure, while $25 is cheap compared to paying for YouTube, Hulu etc., it's expensive in the Iptv world. Is my service right now perfect? No but it's pretty damn good. I did get buffering during the world series which is why I've been looking for another service as a backup. But like I said before, if CW is as good as yall say I will probably stick with it.

You're welcome to try the one I use. It's $100/yr for 1 connection. It has a 48 hour trial that I can get you.

They closed their membership. They do it every year. They get the number they want and they lock it down. They’ve explained why in the discord. It makes sense, tbh.
