My phone keeps disconnecting from Carplay every time I touch my phone or if it slides around any when its connected. Never had this issue with my iphone 8+ but the 13 has been doing it ever since I got the phone, even thru multiple software updates. Any suggestions to fix it?

Have you tried another cable?

Mine does the same thing. It’s a new iPhone 13 pro. Never had a problem with my old 7+.

Try this then switching cables if it doesn't work.

I have the android version and tried this but it still does it. Looking online didn't help at all. It's absolutely annoying, especially when you're using Waze.

I’m in the car all day for work and I go through chargers like it’s nothing. It’s definitely the cable

I have no input for your thread other than Apple Music opens every time I get in my car to play a song from one of the two albums I bought 10 years ago that I don’t care to listen to ever again and it’s annoying as hell

You can use shortcuts and tell it to open when you connect and play whatever you want.

I have mine set to a playlist on shuffle.

How do you turn it off? Been trying for weeks, seems to have gotten more prevalent since I ended my subscription

You want it to not open Apple Music at all? A different music app, or just nothing?

I don’t want it to automatically open audio when connected to Bluetooth. Sometimes it may open another app but it’s usually Apple Music

Oh. I thought you meant CarPlay.

Usually in your radio settings in your car you can turn off auto play in Bluetooth settings.
