I suddenly can only receive certain/most notifications on my phone when NOT on wifi.

This didn't happen after a phone update, and we personally did not change any settings on our wifi security. Here is a more full list of things that go wrong when I get on wifi:
- No e-mail notifications (outlook and gmail)
- No Microsoft Teams notifications
- Some YouTube videos are blocked (like golf and food videos, nothing scandalous) and for the ones that work, the comments section is "restricted"
- No Snapchat notifications
I do still get text notifications. When I get off wifi, I get a flood of the above notification types immediately.
I have Comcast internet and Xfinity Mobile phone service. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+. I have looked into settings on my Google accounts and in my comcast internet account settings, and nothing has worked.
Could it be something to do with the parental settings we applied on TV apps? We require a password to access YouTube, Netflix, etc. on our TVs, but this issue started well after that was added, so not sure about that.
Any tips or advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Check the notification setting in each app. iPhone user here, but within the app there should be something that tells you how to handle when not on Wifi and/or roaming
Thank god the scandalous videos are still going through

Sorry for not coming back to this, and thanks for the responses. I am pretty sure it's the phone because I don't get denied on YT or the comments aren't turned off when I use my pc on the same network.
I have investigated settings on the phone but don't see anything obvious.
All I've done to work around it so far is to turn off autoconnect on wifi so I stay on mobile data.

I would definitely give it the ol' turn it off and turn it back on a try.
