I have AT&T internet only (supposedly upgraded last year for higher speed.)
2. I run everything through my Amazon Fire. Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu and YouTube TV.
3. About a 1/2 second delay from when their mouth opens till the actual words are said. How do I go by getting this fixed? I think I’ve tried everything.
And a Vizio TV....

this might sound dumb but have you rebooted your fireTV? just turning the TV off doesn't shut it down. You have to go into settings and look for 'device' i believe then system/restart.

a lot of times that will fix an audio or video or lip sync issue.

is it a fairly recent fire TV? my 1st gen 4K fire TV box has become unusable after updates. a factory reset definitely helps and if you're logged into your amazon account all your apps *SHOULD* come back but when you click the icon it will have to download it the first time.

On a Vizio TV go to Menu>Audio>Lip Sync. Adjust until it lines up.

Fire TVs have a feature to help you with synching.

My shield tv has a setting also. It's a bouncing ball and you adjust the sound for when the ball hits the ground.
