HA Display v2 - TV Station

I finally stumbled upon the ultimate key to display bliss. i want to trash everything about my bar display now
but its going to have to wait until i'm done w/ my OPUS.
for my friend's house (and with his wife as a co-conspirator) i have established a TV station call sign logo, 'ghost' watermark of his house and had AI set up a complete programming schedule and station bible to design the display around.
after startup every morning (and thats already an impressive animation) we move to 'good morning tv' with dad joke of the day, word of the day, national day of, cool tech gadget of the day, etc etc etc then it will move later in the morning to 'game show tv' where all the active games his familiy is playihng will be on screen complete with who's move it is, etc.
if camera picks up motion, it will branch to either displaying 'a deer is out front' on the scrolling chiron or a complete full-screen camera takeover with voice annoucner "We interrupt this program for breaking news: there is a bear in your trash out back." and after a couple of minutes it will resume the previous programming.
Mid day show, afternoon coffee talk, even the daily "Energy Workout" show in late afternoon showing how much electicity he's used for the day...
There will be all kinds of bumpers and 'ads' "Coming up later today, don't forget to see how much electrictiy your AC used on this 100 degree day".
The weather station is attached to the turret so not only can we coordinate the turret light show with the weatehr event, but we can have "WE interrupt this programming for a NWS alert; there is a storm warning in the area" :lol
so informative as well as entertaining. you should see the guide; its RIDICULOUS already. about 10 worksheets where ideas and stuff are being gesitated and codex will pull that info to help design the look and feel for each show one-at-a-time.
i'm going to have to bite the bullet and get the $100mo plan for a couple of months
i'm billing that to him but i'll never have all this created in time if i have to keep stopping because i run out of tokens,
baws, this is going to be insane the TV programming idea brought it all home
he can still use his voice to interact with any 'tv show' or change to any dash at any time or go into details on any one thing, but this is now a clear daily plan and not a random cacaphony of dashboard takeover automation madness.
i brought his wife in because i think she is a little terrified of what he and i have been cooking up so we'll keep him in the dark on this but she'll reign me in if i go too far off the deep end.

You have any of these projects on GitHub?

i'll have to sanitize it of all the friend-specific references
chatgpt/gdrive integration has been a thing of beauty. i am saving a ton of tokens by working out my projects there and getting things organized with unlimited usage then i just make a one time call to codex to go sync everything up in my project folder online with the local git repository and prompt me for the next dash we are building.
its been amazing to see how my tokens stretch out now; i avoid codex until absolutely necessary.
but yes i'm happy to share when done. there's alot of hardware based purchases that are integral to the solution although a good bit of the framework would still carry over.
eta there's a few here now:
* home networking/home lab architecture
* hardware purchasing guide down to every last patch cable by color and length
* hardware provisioning (proxmox, debian, nas, tailscale, tehnitium, miniPC display controller...)
* field guides - on site network wiring/testing sign-off, 'grease pen' sheets laminated and velcrod inside each server closet
* WLED project
* overall project plan and control documents, live inventory, etc.
* TV program and scheduling

you know when it all came together for me??
when i was onsite this weekend and walked up to that gigantic pile of crap i've had my friend purchasing for the past 6 months and started taking snapshots of the model, serial #s etc. and chatgpt did the rest. tplink controllers, switches, routers, schlage locks, zwave thermostats, a billion poe cameras, nvr, water shutoff devices, leak sensors, zwave antennas, golf cart EV battery and and bluetooth app, access point disks, UPS devices, etc etc etc.
i must have taken 40-50 pics and that was the end of my job.
it added all the serial #s automatically to the online google sheets, fussed at me if i was missing something, told me if anything needed to be rescanned..
all while i was sitting there waiting for my friend to stop arguing with the Hondurans.
i dont lift a finger these days. chatgpt keeps track of EVERYTHING and i just peek at the spreadsheet occasaionlly.
i feel like i'm doing zero work now. its all just happening and everything is staying in sync from 15 gdrive documents to evertything in my local Git.
