Much better fit. MUCH better. I love the noise cancelling feature. My damn gym cranks up the crap music so loud that you can hear it loud and clear over regular buds, even airpods.

I love my Airpod Pros.

I listen to music all day at work, and I don't miss a call. The call quality is excellent. They come in handy in Zoom meetings.

At home I use them when I cut the grass and any outdoor work. I love that I can multi task, the other day I had a full blown conversation with the wife and cleaned the shed at the same time.

I’m having issues with mine and have for a while in regard to the earbuds connecting to the case and the case thinking it’s charged when they’re actually dead. I’ll have them in the case for hours and when I go to use them one ear bud will be completely dead or at 10%z It’s such a pain in the arse when it comes to their return policy that I’m just getting a full refund and getting the Bose quiet comfort buds.

When they work they’re solid all around. Probably want to buy third party ear buds tho.

Sound wise, they’re fantastic.

However I’ve had a hell of a time finding the right bud fit. I even ordered some foam ones but the little clasps weren’t very sturdy. It’s been a pain having to constantly adjust them when doing any kind of activity with them in

I got lucky. These fit really well. The Airpods fit too but they were sticking out like a Martian antenna the way my ears fit them

I am slow to the Bluetooth earbud crowd and purchased the pros. They are very nice. I used them the other day to work while I was troubleshooting a repair and didn’t want to get my phone wet and kept my hands free. Fantastic feature

Return was the easiest thing I could do through Apple. I got them in 2 days and everything was fixed.

Issue I have is I’m not 100% sure what the problem is and the Apple support person said they’ll only give me either new buds or a new case.. not both. So if I’m wrong and send them something that wasn’t the cause of the issue, then I have to return ship it and receive the other all while me giving them an extra $250 until they receive the broken parts. Though 2 days does make it seem less of a hassle, it still might take me much longer than what it needs to be to successfully exchange whatever’s wrong.

I just rather deal with my earbud issues through Best Buy. Much easier experience. I just say it’s fricked up, exchange them and receive credit to either get new ones or even get another brand.

You can keep yours while they come in. It’s only a hold on your account and doesn’t go through until 10 days after you received your replacements in case you don’t return them.

If you can do that with Best Buy, that would be easier but the Apple way is not bad at all. Btw, your problem is known and on Reddit.

One thing I noticed. Thanks to the noise cancelling feature, I keep the volume lower.

Also, if you have an Apple TV, you can quickly and easily transfer tv sound to AirPods. As someone with kids who likes to watch loud shows/movies at night... this is a major selling point for a niche market.
