I'll keep my small Pixel2 with "ugly" forehead and chin that has front-facing speakers and is functional and usable with one hand.

Either way, its a poor argument for a reason to go away from the XL model. CarRamrod's argument that the 2/2xl was so good that there was no need to upgrade is a much stronger one.
