Ebay and Amazon Customer Service Numbers

Both appear to have phone numbers you can call, but you're likely gonna have to go through some automation to get them so they can determine how fricking stupid your question is and whether or not it warrants wasting a human's time. I can't imagine ever needing to contact them by phone with the systems in place, but I'm sure there are edge cases and they have phone service for that. If that's not acceptable to you then shop locally, those people would love to talk to you.

Ebay's is useless. Just do the chat/email.

Amazon will call you if you ask them to, better than calling in and playing with all the number press options. I just use chat and they fix any issue I ever had.

I used the chat recently and solved an issue (received the wrong item) quickly. Very doubtful a human was involved on their side, but it worked.

Amazon is great, go into the app and do customer support, and tell them you want them to call and within a minute tops Amazon is calling you and your talking to a actual human and not a machine
