Roku Ultra and an Insignia Roku 4k tv

It seems like it's a pretty common issue on Roku devices. I'm in a DIRECTV Now Facebook group and the people that seem to have the buffering issues most often are using Roku devices, followed closely by Fire devices with AppleTVs appearing to have the lowest frequency of buffering problems.

So one thing I'm trying out that seems to be working petty well is just logging into the various network apps with my login. It seems like I could use that with the TV app and a much smoother interface searching for shows and then when I just want to watch live use the actual app.

The WatchESPN app buffered for me way more than the DirecTVNow and Hulu did. It was unwatchable for some events.

Hulu rarely buffered for me, Direct only did every now and then. YouTubeTV buffered a LOT during prime time viewing.

I'm thinking about switching. Definetly has the best channels for the price. Wish they had more than 2 streams though but at that price with Netflix

I like DTV Now the best. Hulu Live is complete trash.

I’ve had it since it launched. It’s great.
