I'm not downtown, but can verify Cox is running fine for me. This could be total bullshite but I think power gets first dibs on the pole and Cox comes at some point behind them.

I'm also downtown. If you have a Cox modem/router, logging into the CoxWifi network and signing in with your username/password works for me.

I mean it makes sense. No point in fixing the internet first if there's no power

Definitely true. Especially when it comes to cleanup. ISPs can't touch the pole til Entergy is hands off. ISPs lease pole space and that's part of the agreement.

Had internet through the storm and until late Monday. Went out and hasn’t been back since.

This was my situation as well. It went out after the storm passed and hasn’t come back. I’m guessing whatever service line my pole is connected to eventually went out? No clue…..

Millerville area here. Power was restored Wednesday night. No cable or internet yet. Would be nice if they put a time-line out for this.
