I’ve tried connectors to stream from my phone but for some reason non of the ESPN channels allow it to be shrared. It must be cripted or something.

We have a smart TV. I just downloaded the YoutubeTV app and was ready to roll.
Edit to add: We do have DirectTV internet only.

It's a long shot but if you are close enough to a tower you could try antenna. Not the most convenient, but is by far the cheapest.
Antenna Map
Funny how old technology can come back to popular culture. Like satellite internet with StarLink.
Now this won't work with ESPN, but it works for NFL games if you can catch FOX or maybe CBS.
Otherwise, I would try a smart device like Roku. Roku is also Chromecast/Apple Cast compatible. You could try casting/screen sharing to Roku.

Tell us where your camp is located and what your internet situation is.
If your cell service is good you may be able to purchase set up a hotspot or even use your phone as a hotspot.
If you don't want to do that you could try Starlink, Hughesnet, DirecTV internet service, or another internet service available to you there and stream on a smart TV or using a Firestick/Chromecast/Roku type device.
DirecTV or Dish is always an option.
For broadcast network games, you could try an antenna.

How's the starlink router range? I order a mesh router just in case.

I wouldn't say this is the "cheapest," but it's what I did at deer camp:
TV at deer camp. Go three posts down:
