After bill got stupid high I called to cancel, willing to cut the cord. Best counter they made was bringing my bill to $140 a month, so I cancelled.

Equipment return stuff is en route and service is off, and they emailed me a $35/month offer today. If they'd offered that initially I probably would have accepted!

Offer also includes "2017 NFL Sunday Ticket at no extra cost" lol

Tell them they were a year late on that offer.

They should throw in HBO from last year too, for the most recent GoT season.

HBO is free if you have a new unlimited plan anyway

They did something similar offering $60 or $65/mo. for a year. Glad I cut the cord when I did. It's almost a year now and I'd have to deal with them trying to recoup their discount.

Currently pay $75 for internet and $45 for Television with DirectTV. Kind of hard to beat that. The internet is a legacy 300 MB service that they had. Now I think it it is less for 100 MB and I think a little more for 1000
