I ordered the 3 camera kit for $160 off amazon today. I’m hoping for easy setup and installation and access on iPhone. Anything I should know? Was this a mistake? Amazon reviews are very mixed.

I asked about this same system twice and didnt get a response.
Possible issues from what I've been able to find:
1. You have to refresh each camera individually
2. Possible problems reconnecting to network after battery change
3. Delay in recording movement. Some mentions that recording did not start until a minute or two after.
All of these could be real issues, or just general user error.

I have blink system works good very easy to install batteries last about a year make sure you use lithium batteries. Video is clear takes a minute or two for notifications but catches almost everything. Be sure to adjust video clip length to longer. Pretty good setup for cheap.

Is there anyway to hardwire them?

Setup and installation is easy. iPhone app works fine. I have no problem with them that are not endemic to all of the wireless security cameras.

I’ve had a 2 Camera System for 3 years. Totally trouble free. Still using the same original batteries. One is set up outside and has been through two Hurricanes, a Biblical flood and a snowstorm. Without issue.
Easy set up and lowest cost of any security system. Works amazingly well. I’ve had hardly any issues whatsoever.

They were out of stock for a while when they pulled them to fix some issues they were having. Must be fixed up if they are back on sale.
Just ordered the 3 pack while they are on sale.

I got mine either BF or last PD. They were easy to setup and have not had any issues.

I've had blink for 3+ years and just installed the 3 camera system at my elderly aunt's house last week. The only one of these issues I've ever had is #3, but the delay was only about 3 seconds rather than a minute +. If you set the sensitivity high enough, it's a non-issue. Never had to refresh any camera or had any issue reconnecting after battery change.
The video quality is great, they now have the ability to screen off portions of the screen for motion detection (only works kind of so-so), and the battery longevity is great. I have one mounted to a tree in my yard monitoring my driveway, one by my front door, and one monitoring where we park. Eventually will be buying two add-on cameras to watch my back yard/shed and the other side of my house.

Just a heads up...
Amazon has 5 Blinkxt cams for $249 today, it's good until midnight.
I'm not the type to buy on Amazon just because they have stuff I don't care for on sale, but this is a great deal for those interested.
Yes I pulled the plug on it today and if you're on the fence you should too. Keep your family safe and save money too.

I’ve had the non outdoor blink cameras for 3 years and they were incredibly easy to setup and have worked really well. One under my front porch one in my shop and one under my camper cover. I change batteries probably 3 times a year. With good wifi ( i have orbi) the cameras work in my shop about 100 yds away. Absolutely zero regrets getting them.
