I got PS Vue last night and love it. I am cutting the cord and getting rid of DirecTV.
I am going to be putting an outdoor antenna up for the two TV's in my house. Any recommendations on a good outdoor antenna (I live 4 miles outside of Birmingham)?
Also, will I need like a powered ampflied/splitter if the antenna feed will be going to two separate rooms (each 20ft + of coax cable)?

Don't know about the amp, but I am using a Clearstream 2 in my attic here in BR, located about 25 miles from the transmitters. It's a single story house.
No problem pulling in local channels whatsoever.

I have a dish out there now, So I figure they will be fine with an antenna. It's not viewable from the street.

frick the HOA anyway. Legally you can do what you have to do to get reception.
