it is great up until you realize you cant use a separate router.

you can passthrough or setup as APs but they are throttled. I have a long thread on here about it with links to posts where people say they got it working. I tried for days to do it and never got it working. I believe these people were lying.

OK, was unsure what you were talking about but I think you are saying turning the modem from NAT to bridge mode to pass the wan interface to another router/firewall.

Appears to me by default AT&T wants to block certain ports.

I'm lost by Ramrods post. Why couldn't you use a router with it?

I'm in 70001 and I can get fiber so it must be per neighborhood. Do you have those white poles with the orange tops? ATT laid cable down like a year ago. I figured it had to be fiber, why else tear up the sidewalks to put this all down.

What Wi-fi extenders are included? i have the at&t gig service but need extenders. Can someone give me the name of the extenders

Digging into this a bit more it appears to be this device and the vendor calls it a mesh as opposed to AT&T calling it an extender
