AT&T Fiber in any condos in Louisiana?

It probably depends on what kind of condo. There are condos that are like townhouses (at least in Houston) where a fiber company can reach individual units externally, and condos that are more like apartment complexes.
The latter sort usually has management that has agreed to a captive agreement for Xfinity, etc. and contractually prohibit the condo association from allowing competitors to run fiber.

Probably something like this. Wanted fiber, agent said we could get it. Then came back and said it would be $80k to run to the center.

Reminds me of some neighborhoods without cable. They laid out the subdivision with underground utilities and just AT&T ran lines to homes, locking people out from getting anything other than Uverse or DirecTV.
