It was down for around 2-3 hours for almost everyone last night besides beta users.

Just turned it on this morning and everything is back. They even added our local nbc affiliate so that was a plus.

I was having issues too. I finally just gave up and turned Twitch on since the Braves were getting their asses kicked.

That said, the Beta app on fireTV is a steaming pile of shite and seems to crash and reboot constantly and fails to record things I want half the time. Now I'm starting to see shite I know I've never recorded showing up...probably just gonna blame the girlfriend for that one

I use it on Apple TV, and it's been great. I will say that when I try to use it on my Chromebook, it says that I need Chrome to use it, and I got with tech support, and Chrome in a Chromebook is apparently not the same as Chrome elsewhere. Pretty annoying.

I am in the Beta "group" but mainly only use the normal app. I had no problems.

I do on the other hand wish they would make it so you can "stop" a stream on a tv you have turned off. If I am in the basement watching tv, my wife in the middle floor and we both turn off our tv's and go to the bedroom and turn on the tv in there it gives the "too many streams". I use an apple tv in one room and roku stick in the other. Only way I have been able to resolve it is unplugging a device. There has to be an easier way.

Exiting the app should work

ANNNNNNND I just found out how to close the app on my Apple TV. Thanks. This could help with a lot of headaches.

They need to add a feature to kill a stream if needed. Sometimes I forget to exit the app also.

It's going to be on me to remember. My wife will not.

ETA: does going to the home screen on Roku "quit" the app or do I need to do something similar? if anyone knows.
