They really should have included wireless charging if you are taking away 3.5mm

Whomever asked about pixels

7 has 4.7 Retina display
7+ has like a 5.2 Retina (I think that's what it said?)

No clue what those numbers mean.

i mean, i don't have a problem with this personally. but you are really shilling for Apple hard if you don't think that people are going to be pissed at this.

Errrrrr, I do both sometimes.

I guess since I'm on the go a lot for work I always just have both on me so it's a non-issue.

I own two MacBook Retinas at this moment and have never once been annoyed by that

People had to adjust. It's no different than tv's going from SD, to HD to 4K. Wired technology is a thing of the past when it comes to external devices

Those MacBooks were completely shite engineering. The thinnest and lightest laptop on the market threw out a full I/O with some beefy specs. They could have easily fit more USB 3.1/thunderbolt ports on the macbook

That's what I don't get? Who is somewhere charging their phone, but is too lazy to grab their computer to plug their headphones in rather than standing next to their charging phone?

WTF are you talking about? I listen to music, podcasts, etc. all the time on my phone at work. Why would I want to plug into my computer?

The only people who will bitch about this are people who are too poor to likely own an iPhone 7 to begin with.

Well I do it primarily to not burn my phone battery? You know, so I don't have to charge my phone at work.

wow. :smh: it's okay to admit that this decision might bite Apple. Of course, it is not a surprise that you wouldn't admit that.

Do the newer model apple headphones hurt anyone's ears? I can only stand the old model.

Lol I mean if you're seriously going to bitch about not being able to charge your phone and listen to music at the same time, then your priorities likely aren't straight. Either buy bluetooth headphones or just don't buy an iPhone.

Apple clearly doesn't give a frick what people think about the decision since they did it without asking anyone.

I get where you're coming from, I truly do. But the truth is, is that most people don't use wired in headphones anymore. Those that do, are truly in the minority.

People are going to have to move on at some point.

I'm honestly shocked they even are including the adapter in the phone box and not making people buy it.

Apple will just keep releasing new models of the SE for those that still want the headphone jack, smaller phone, but with upgraded camera, resolution, and other specs. I'll probably just end up getting that. I'd like to switch to Android, but it'd be a pain in the arse.

I don't think the lack of 3.5mm port is a terrible idea, just not something I agree with.

I'm in the boat that wants a little bigger phones with beefier batteries instead of as thin and brittle as possible
